Description

Bougainvillea a tough evergreen climber with a loose, upright habit and masses of medium sized, crimson flower bracrs. Ideal for covering unsightly objects or adding a Mediterranean or tropical feel to the garden or patio. Requires a warm sunny site with well drained soil. Prefers adequate moistures but will tolerate short periods of drought. prune after flowering if required. Mulch well to suppress weeds and conserve soil moisture. Cultivate soil before planting dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so the soil level is as the same as the surrounding ground. Fill hole firmly and water in well even in soil is moist.
